Unlike other doctors, he is non judgemental, encouraging, and punctual. Helen and Barbara are always kind and accommodating to your personal life in those times you may need to reschedule. When you hit rock bottom and see the light at the end of a very dark tunnel, there really aren't words to describe that. When you become addicted to meds, you feel so ashamed and most people make that feeling stronger by their judgement. This office NEVER ONCE JUDGED ME or made me feel ashamed. It was always only caring and concern for my well being! Starting with the first phone call and Barbara. Helen welcomes me everytime I come with a smile. They understand that we have lives and sometimes have to reschedule and they never make you feel bad for having to do that.
