We ventured into the store, having heard your ad on FM 95.1, and Joe Free waited on us. In addition to the rain coat for a new missionary, our daughter made arrangements for another coat for her other son also serving. Then my husband also found a suit on sale. I was also impressed that even on sale, the tailoring was free.

What words describes Joe the best? HMMM.... Let's just say perfection. He greeted me by name as soon as I entered the store. He walked me to the item I needed. He was able to find what size would best fit my son. Joe is the best thing that has ever happened to this store. I will return just because of him. I dont know what kind of recognition program you have there but Joe deserves alot of praise and if possible a raise. Thanks Joe for your help.

I came in because there had been a error in my favor on a prior purchase. Bethany let me know not to worry about it but instead to just think of Petersen's the next time I was going to make a purchase.I immediately bought another shirt like the last one I love.Generally, I've found the customer service to be very good, the quality of the merchandise to be excellent, and the deals and promotions running to be exceptional.
